ShulchanPDX is an approach to Jewish study that integrates artistic, historical, and intellectual frameworks while providing a place to connect and to cultivate a deeper spiritual practice.
Imagination is the engine of possibilities. The driving narrative of Torah is one of liberation. Our subsequent sacred texts (Midrash, Talmud, Zohar) are all propelled more by the fires of imagination than by the cooling waters of doctrine or creed.
